Uncured Finocchiona Salami, Approx. 3 lbs

Our nitrite free Finocchiona Salami started out as a Greek dry sausage.  After much trial and error, we realized that a similar recipe would make an amazing Finocchiona Salami. We used that recipe to offer the best fennel salami on the market, with layers of flavor including fennel seeds, orange zest, and garlic, but let's not forget the hickory smoked salt.

Ingredients: Pork, Non Fat Dry Milk , Sea Salt, contains less than 2% of the following: Cane Sugar, Pinot Grigio Wine, Spices, Natural Flavoring, Smoke Flavoring, Garlic, Lactic Acid Starter Culture.
