Hot Dogs (Uncured Beef Franks)

Little Zoe loves hot dogs. We made an all beef hot dog in the same smokers that we make our bacon. You guessed it, our hot dogs are gently smoked with real applewood chips.

Of course Zoe's Hot Dogs are without sodium nitrite or any other harsh preservatives. We offer this hot dog frozen because we figure each home would rather thaw out our hot dogs than consume spoonfuls of preservatives associated with hot dogs that have very long shelf lives.
