We named this company Zoe's Meats after George's then 2 year-old daughter (now almost 5 years-old).  It happened when we realized that she loved eating deli meats at a very young age.  She asked mom for "kreas" (meat in Greek) rather than eating veggies or starches.

At any rate, we have created a nice selection of deli meats for all of us to enjoy.  Many of these have been on hotel menus since our launch and we can't wait for consumers to enjoy these at their homes as well.
