Calabrese Sausage

Calabrese means hot. We thought about calling it "Kafto" which means hot in greek, but when we started creating this sausage, we realized that its heritage was very clearly Italian.

Lots of fennel seeds, garlic and of course peppers dominate Zoe's Calabrese (spicy italian sausage). While we are certain one day soon, we will offer this sausage without sodium nitrite, presently this item has a little sodium nitrite in it.
